most beautiful thing is the environment where the property is located and size of the room for my family of 5
hotel is simple in terms of the services it offers. Every day I had to call to have my room made because when I came back from lunch it was never made. It is expensive for what it offers, pool is small for all the guests and pool bar closes at 5:00 pm very early! beach is horrible, impossible to get into the sea because this is where it plummets! We had been told that we had beach service but when we arrived, there was no sign indicating beach service! After walking from one side to the other, it occurred to me to ask at the beach bar what's in one sector and there a person gave me two umbrellas and some pastries and we had to make ourselves comfortable. Few services in my opinion in general. I have gone to other hotels in the area that made my stay more comfortable, such as the Newport Coast Marriott. staff when checking in did not give us any explanation of the hotel's activities. I would particularly not return to this hotel because I like serviced hotels better.

Great location! Very close to the beach, but not in the city center, very calm and quet place located in the very beautiful canyon. Very nice, comfortable and convinient apartments with well equipped kitchennete. Very beautiful surrounding nature, with squirrels, rabbits and dumps walking around the hotel territory. About 2 minutes driving to big grosery supermarket, 15 minutes driving to several shopping centers (including Macy's). Very convinient and pleasant location to stay for travelling about South California. Personnel is very polite and always ready to help. Very clean rooms with everyday cleaning and towels and beds exchanging.

Very nice apartment with good kitchen.1 Minute walk to golf and about 10 minutes drive to city or with bus. This city is fantastic with nice designshops, good restaurants and fantastic beach. Hotell have nice swimmingpool and a small fitness room

Because Aliso Creek is nestled within a scenic canyon, the views and solitude are spectacular and soothing. The Inn is within walking distance of one of the most beautiful beaches in California. Located minutes from downtown, the location is convenient, while escaping the sometimes hectic traffic of downtown Laguna. The rooms were spacious, well-kept for a well-established resort and extremely clean. I lived in south Orange County for 14 years and because of Aliso Creek, my return to my roots was extremely pleasurable.

Spacious. Beautiful location in a canyon away from the crowds.
Very minimal as far as in room amenities/supplies like shampoo, towels, trash can, cleaning supplies, soap, etc. Dead or dying plants near unit patios and pool. Broken cabinet in bathroom

What a gem! Looked for a place near Irvine to stay whilst on a business trip and found this on Booked.net Now I want to return there for a vacation with my family.
-
Location is close to the centre of Laguna Beach (using the free-transportation buses) and also by car other beaches can be reached.that ar less crowded.
Fully equipped kitchen is to my opinion absolutely not the case! Pay a bit more and take a more modern an updated hotel.

Calm and relaxing , beautiful and close to the beach cities
-
Wonderfull spacious appartments with separate living- and bedrooms.
One needs a car to go out for dining etc, but that is maybe for others one of the attractions of the place: it is quiet and peaceful
-
Large, spacious room. Proximity to golf, beach, conference, other hotels.
It's time the lodging facilities get upgraded. My last stay was in 1999 on a business school retreat, and not a whole lot has changed. The facility has tons of potential. Montage should get the funding and plan approvals in place to get Aliso Creek to where it should be.

The golf course was beautiful but we did not play golf...
The carpeting was dirty. The smoke alarm was going off and the bathroom had hair in the tub
-
Privacy quiet
Lack of kitchen utensils, cups
-
Rooms were spacious
Furniture old and uncomfortable - no cell service
